Planted on some of the highest vineyards in the region, on soils of limestone over clay, this wine has black cherry fruits and red apple with wonderful peppery notes. Made from 75% Grenache and 25% Syrah with some whole cluster fermentation to give it elegance. Pork chops a wonderful creamy sauce would be wonderful.
