This Pouilly Fumé is a fascinating expression of Sauvignon Blanc full of peaches, nectarine, guava, great balance on the palate and wonderful minerality coming through. This is typical Sauvignon Blanc with great depth of character and tropical freshness that will go wonderfully with a variety of foods or just on its own.

The current Dezat family is now the 18th generation to farm the wonderful vineyards of the Loire Valley, with prior winemaking generations dating all the way back to 1550. The family farms everything organically and produces some very high quality Sauvignon Blanc and Pinot Noir.
