This dry white wine comes to us from Rioja, Spain, where Vina Ijalba produces great wines that we are always excited to feature. This Viura (a grape also known as Macabeo) is new to our lineup, and has merely reaffirmed our belief that Ijalba is one of the most exciting producers in Rioja at the moment. This is a minerally, zesty, and refreshing wine with notes of green apple and citrus fruits and a finish that keeps on lingering. Light and fresh, it's a wine to sip by the pool or on the beach. Serve with grilled prawns and asparagus, or a Mediterranean salad with olives and feta.
