This wonderful white wine from Wagram, Austria is utterly delicious and soft. Made from Grüner Veltliner, this wine showcases a beautifully vibrant, textured palate with astounding depth and charisma. Wonderful notes of mango, key lime and green apple, and a smooth, wide body that will pair extremely well with richer seafood or poultry dishes. Stefan Bauer took over his family's estate in 2000, and has since been producing wines of incredible elegance. His methods of production are organic and somewhat unconventional with the use of algae in place of pesticides. This wine got a big thumps up from us all!!
