This delicious white wine comes to us from just around the corner, up the Russian River Valley of Sonoma. It is here that Will Gondak runs a small estate that was established in 2015 and produces a very small number of very high quality wines. Will is involved in winemaking at various other estates in the area, and is slowly developing Gondak Cellars. According to him, it will always remain a small estate focused on high quality, small production wines. This fantastic Grenache Blanc really surprised us for its beautiful balance of ripe, yet fresh fruits, and floral fragrance. Wonderful notes of pineapple, lychee, lemon and white flowers with great acidity and round palate. The wine will make a perfect companion for sweet and sour pork or chicken dishes. Lovely wine!
